Taro-Chan - A Nuclear Throne Modded Character

Eight months ago, Taro-Chan fought a week long war. For the right to enter Nuclear Throne.  and she WON.

Presenting to you, TARO-CHAN! A rushdown, no mercy character. Built to kill every single enemy in your path with her kit.

Her gimmick is:

BLOOD FRENZY: Taro-Chan has a hype bar which only starts draining if you kill (or someone dies) someone in the level. If you let the bar drain away, Taro-Chan will harm herself, looking for more violence.

TAROFICATION: Taro-Chan is able to vomit over her weapons. This vomit applies a temporal buff to the weapon you're holding, as it makes the projectiles deal extra damage. Lasting 6 whole levels before you have to refresh it.

(PROBABLY INCOMPATIBLE WITH CUSTOM WEAPONS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.)
